Matt Regan represented us as a buyer agent. He was always professional, punctual, and went above and beyond to help us find the right property. He never made us feel that we were a burden, unimportant, or just another buyer. He never pressured us to offer on a property or to counter offer when we were faced with counter offering on the other 3 houses we offered on. He provided good resources for inspectors and a closing attorney, even coordinating these for us when we requested. We were happy with all the inspectors Matt coordinated for us and were very happy with the closing attorney, Matt Dank. The property we ultimately purchased was the least expensive of 4 houses we offered on. That being said, we never felt him dissuading us from the property because it was less expensive and would ultimately lead to him making less commission on the sale.
